DESKTOP HEYME A3 DTF PRINTER SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Roman Empire Print Shop LLC (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on November 1, 2025 at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time ("PST") and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM PST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM PST on December 31, 2025. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER

There are three (3) ways to enter:

A. AUTOMATIC ENTRY VIA PURCHASE:
For each purchase made at www.romanempireprinting.com or at either Roman Empire Print Shop LLC location during the Sweepstakes Period, the purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry for every one dollar ($1.00) spent (excluding taxes, shipping, and fees). For example, a purchase of $50.00 will equal fifty (50) entries. Entries will be automatically recorded and added to the purchaser's total entry count. Purchaser must provide valid contact information at time of purchase.

B. FREE ONLINE ENTRY:
Visit www.romanempireprinting.com/sweepstakes and complete the online entry form with your full name, email address, phone number, and state of residence. Submit the completed form to receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) free online entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.

C. FREE MAIL-IN ENTRY:
Hand-print your full name, complete address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and state of residence on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a hand-addressed envelope with proper postage affixed to:

Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately in a separate envelope. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025 and received by January 7, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries.

ENTRY CONDITIONS:
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

PRIZE CONDITIONS:
Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided. Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash. No substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the prize is not available for any reason. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Sponsor will coordinate shipping of the prize to the winner's verified address within thirty (30) days of winner verification. Winner is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Sponsor is not responsible for any damage to the prize that occurs during shipping.

7. RANDOM DRAWING AND WINNER SELECTION

DRAWING DATE: January 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 PM PST

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative and will be broadcast live via Sponsor's social media channels. The drawing will be conducted using a random number generator (Random.org or similar service).

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Free entries and purchase-based entries have equal odds of winning per entry.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within twenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner does not respond within the specified time period, cannot be contacted, fails to provide all required documentation within the required time period, declines the prize, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, such potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner will be selected.

The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and (where imposing such condition is legal) a Publicity Release (collectively, "Winner Documents") within seven (7) calendar days following the date of first attempted notification. If a potential winner fails to sign and return the Winner Documents within the required time period, an alternate winner will be selected.

Winner verification is subject to verification of identity, eligibility, and compliance with these Official Rules. Potential winner must provide valid government-issued photo identification.

9. TAX REPORTING

If the ARV of the prize is six hundred dollars ($600.00) or more, winner will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC and a copy will be filed with the IRS as required by law. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number before the prize is awarded for tax reporting purposes.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If terminated, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, determine the winner from all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to time of such action.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorney's fees) and any other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

11. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing, typographical, or other errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines, network hardware, or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the announcement of the prize; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, if possible.

ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE.

12. DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate state or federal court located in Cascade County, Montana. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Montana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Montana.

13. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

14. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy, available at www.romanempireprinting.com/privacy-policy. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor's collection and use of their personal information as described in the privacy policy and acknowledge that their information may be shared with Sponsor's service providers for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes. Entrants may also receive promotional emails from Sponsor but may opt out at any time.

Winner list requests must be received by February 1, 2026. The winner's name will also be posted on Sponsor's website and social media channels.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Official Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
