Shipping Policy

When your order ships

DTF and UV DTF transfers and gang sheets: orders placed by 12:00 PM Mountain time, Monday–Friday, ship the same day by 4:30 PM. Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on a weekend or on a holiday ship the next business day.
Custom apparel: in-stock blanks (White, Black and Sport Grey Gildan are kept on the shelf) ship in 2 business days. Colors or quantities we order in take up to 10 business days.
Print & Press (your own garments): local pickup only, ready 1–3 business days after both your garments and your artwork are in hand.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on orders over $100. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.

Faster shipping is available. Email support@romanempireprinting.com or call or text 406-402-7912 before you order and we'll find the best shipping for what you need. The UPS Ground Upgrade ($10 per order) can be added at checkout.

Hours

Both locations, Great Falls, MT and Santaquin, UT, are open Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM Mountain time. We are closed Saturday and Sunday and on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, the 4th of July and Labor Day, with half days on the day before Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Delivery time

Standard shipping usually arrives 5–7 business days after it ships. Delivery times are carrier estimates; we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us with any shipping problem and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Allow 1–3 business days for the carrier to update tracking. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days, contact us with your name, email and order number.
