โ HOW TO APPLY (NO HEAT)
- Room temperature โ no heat press. Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
- Peel the backing off in the same direction the sheet is rolled โ follow the roll. Never peel sideways, especially on large designs.
- Apply it like a transfer: start at one end and lay it down as you unroll it, pressing it on with a squeegee or a firm, sharp-edged piece of plastic.
- Let it sit on the item for about a minute for the best adhesion.
- Remove the top film slowly, again in the direction of the roll โ not sideways.
- Press and hold any loose spots for 5โ10 seconds.
- If any part comes up with the film, press it back down firmly for a few seconds, then pull again. Repeat until the design stays on the item.

UV DTF is a peel-and-stick transfer made for hard surfaces such as tumblers, glass, metal, plastic, ceramic and wood, and it needs no heat press. Regular DTF is for fabric and soft goods and is applied with a heat press. UV DTF does not work on fabric.

How do I apply a UV DTF transfer?
No heat - apply at room temperature on a clean, dry surface. What file format do you need for a UV DTF transfer?
Send a PNG (preferred) or PDF at a minimum of 300 DPI in RGB color mode with a transparent background. We print exactly what you send, so anything left in the background prints too.
Is there a minimum order, and how does sizing work?
There are no minimums; you can order a single transfer. The size you select is based on the actual artwork, since blank or transparent space is automatically trimmed.
How fast do UV DTF transfers ship?
Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 12 PM Mountain time (MonโFri) ship the same day by 4:30 PM (orders over 500 inches of film: as fast as we can, not guaranteed same day) from our production facilities in Great Falls, Montana and Santaquin, Utah, with shipping nationwide.
Do UV DTF transfers work on shirts or other fabric?
No. UV DTF is for hard surfaces only. For apparel and soft goods, use standard DTF transfers, which press at 290-300 degrees F for 7-12 seconds, hot peel, then repress 5-10 seconds with a textured Teflon sheet (or a similar pressing sheet).
