⚙ HOW TO APPLY (NO HEAT)

Room temperature — no heat press. Make sure the surface is clean and dry.
Peel the backing off in the same direction the sheet is rolled — follow the roll. Never peel sideways, especially on large designs.
Apply it like a transfer: start at one end and lay it down as you unroll it, pressing it on with a squeegee or a firm, sharp-edged piece of plastic.
Let it sit on the item for about a minute for the best adhesion.
Remove the top film slowly, again in the direction of the roll — not sideways.
Press and hold any loose spots for 5–10 seconds.
If any part comes up with the film, press it back down firmly for a few seconds, then pull again. Repeat until the design stays on the item.

What is a UV DTF gang sheet?

It is one printed sheet holding as many of your designs as you can fit inside the sheet dimensions, so you pay for the sheet instead of individual decals. UV DTF transfers peel and stick to hard surfaces and need no heat press.

What sizes and prices are available?

Every sheet is 22 inches wide. Lengths are 12 inches ($17.99), 24 inches ($29.99), 36 inches ($39.99), 48 inches ($49.99), 60 inches ($59.99), 72 inches ($69.99), 84 inches ($79.99), 96 inches ($84.99), 108 inches ($94.99) and 120 inches ($104.99), with the per-square-inch rate dropping from $0.07 to $0.04 as the sheet gets longer.

What file type should I upload?

PNG is preferred and PDF is accepted, at 300 DPI minimum, RGB color, with a transparent background. We print exactly what you send, so anything left in the background prints too.

How do I apply a UV DTF transfer?

No heat - apply at room temperature on a clean, dry surface. Peel the backing off in the same direction the sheet is rolled (never sideways, especially on large designs), then apply it like a transfer: lay it down as you unroll it, pressing it on with a squeegee or a firm plastic edge. Let it sit about a minute, then remove the top film slowly in the direction of the roll. Press and hold any loose spots 5 to 10 seconds; if part of it lifts with the film, press it back down and pull again until it stays.

Will UV DTF work on shirts or other fabric?

No. UV DTF is for hard surfaces only, such as tumblers, drinkware, phone cases, metal, plastic, acrylic, glass, ceramic, wood and MDF. For apparel and soft goods, use standard DTF transfers, which press at 290-300 degrees F for 7-12 seconds, hot peel, then repress 5-10 seconds with a textured Teflon sheet (or a similar pressing sheet).

Is there a minimum order and how fast does it ship?

There are no minimums; order one sheet or many. Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 12 PM Mountain time (Mon–Fri) ship the same day by 4:30 PM (orders over 500 inches of film: as fast as we can, not guaranteed same day) from our production in Great Falls, Montana and Santaquin, Utah, and ship nationwide.

How should I lay out my designs on the sheet?

Keep everything within the 22-inch max width and leave about a quarter inch between designs so each piece cuts clean. Build artwork at 300 DPI at the size it will print, since upscaling a small file softens it.
