Quick answers
What sizes and prices are available for upload gang sheets?
Sizes are 22" x 24" ($14.99), 22" x 36" ($17.99), 22" x 48" ($23.99), 22" x 60" ($29.99), 22" x 72" ($35.99), 22" x 84" ($42.99), 22" x 96" ($48.99), 22" x 120" ($59.99) and 22" x 174" ($86.99). The 22" x 24" sheet is $0.03 per square inch; all larger sizes are $0.02 per square inch.
What file type should I upload for a DTF gang sheet?
Send a PNG (preferred) or PDF at 300 DPI minimum in RGB with a transparent background, and keep the artwork under 22 inches wide. We print exactly what you send, so anything left in the background will print too.
How many designs fit on one gang sheet?
Based on standard 11-12 inch adult designs, a 22" x 24" sheet holds roughly 8-10 logos, a 22" x 72" holds about 30-34, and a 22" x 174" holds about 72-85. Counts are approximate and depend on your artwork size; leave about a quarter inch between designs so each piece cuts clean.
What are the press settings for these DTF transfers?
Press at 290-300 degrees F for 7-12 seconds, hot peel, then repress 5-10 seconds with a textured Teflon sheet (or a similar pressing sheet). Use a heat press rather than an iron so the heat and pressure are even.
Is there a minimum order and how fast does it ship?
There are no minimums, so you can order a single sheet. Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 12 PM Mountain time (Mon–Fri) ship the same day by 4:30 PM (orders over 500 inches of film: as fast as we can, not guaranteed same day) from Great Falls, Montana or Santaquin, Utah.
Should I order DTF or UV DTF?
DTF gang sheets are for fabric and soft goods and require a heat press. UV DTF is for hard surfaces like tumblers, glass, wood, metal and hard plastic and applies with pressure and a slow peel, no heat.
