What file type should I upload?
Send a PNG (preferred) or PDF at 300 DPI minimum in RGB color mode with a transparent background. Anything left in the background will print, and the maximum print width is 22 inches.
Do I need a heat press for UV DTF transfers?
No. UV DTF applies with pressure and a slow peel, no heat required. If you are printing on fabric, you need standard DTF instead, which presses at 290-300 degrees F for 7-12 seconds, hot peel, then a repress of 5-10 seconds with a teflon sheet.
What surfaces do these stickers work on?
Tumblers and drinkware such as Stanley, YETI and Owala, phone cases, metal and aluminum, plastic and acrylic, glass and ceramic, and wood or MDF. They do not work on fabric.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimums. You can order a single gang sheet or as many as you need, and wholesale and dealer pricing is available.
How fast do orders ship?
Gang sheets and transfers ordered by 12 PM Mountain time (Mon–Fri) ship the same day by 4:30 PM (orders over 500 inches of film: as fast as we can, not guaranteed same day) from the production facilities in Great Falls, Montana and Santaquin, Utah, and ship nationwide.
How do I lay out my gang sheet so it cuts clean?
Keep every design within the 22-inch maximum print width and leave about a quarter inch of space between designs. Build artwork at 300 DPI at final print size, since upscaling a small file softens it.
